Representative Types

The Representative Types table defines classifications for different types of representatives and roles within the organization. This table includes various representative categories such as HR Administration only, T&A only, HRA+T&A, HR Mobility only, HRA+T&A+HRM, Law firm, HRA+T&A+Law firm, and HR Mobility + law firm. These classifications determine the scope of services and responsibilities for each representative type, enabling proper assignment of duties, access rights, and service delivery models.

Within the system, however, these values have a purely informative function: the accessible functions and privilege levels remain defined by Roles and Permissions.
